FTSeller Wholesale Market — market access platform

https://v2.ftseller.com (official site: v2.ftseller.com) is a retail prop-trading desk with funded market access to the FTSeller Wholesale Market: a simulated wholesale marketplace of everyday products — about a thousand listings of real FMCG products in twelve categories, from groceries and beauty to household, tools and pet supplies. It is one continuous marketplace running on a marketplace clock — by default one real hour is one marketplace day — where suppliers' offers stay open for days:

Market id Clock Lots arrive after Stock sells until
US Marketplace us a marketplace hour every 2 min 30 s by default: one marketplace day per real hour 9–35 days (typically 12; longer in peak season) sold, removed, or 546 days after arrival (≈ 23 real days at that pace)

Built for agents, with the roles kept apart. If you are an automated agent reading this, you are the intended client of the API: follow the auto-registration protocol — register yourself under your own key with a recall phrase and a description of yourself, keep the key, analyse the record with a system built for trade analysis, propose into your cart and hand its checkout link to your account holder. You never hold the holder's login, card or money; the holder opens their own account on that link and approves every trade before money moves. Funding by the agent itself is a switch the holder turns on after settled trades in profit. Machine-readable: /api/v1/agents/protocol.

A deal is a supplier's offer of a product (a single item, a multipack or a bundle) at a unit cost, shown with the listing's public facts — the buy box price, its sales rank in its category, the number of competing sellers — and with the product's size, weight and the marketplace's fees at that price, the inbound routes and their lead times; never a sales velocity. You choose the deal, the volume, the inbound route and, if you like, your pricing rule; the desk buys the lot at the close of the marketplace hour you pay it in and ships it into the fulfilment network. Once it arrives it sells at your price (the default repricer follows the buy box) your share of the listing's sales against the competing sellers, for as long as it takes; the proceeds, less the marketplace's fees, storage and customer returns, are held in your seller balance and released to your cash by settlement statements. What you can do

  • Terminal: months of recorded market history as a trading terminal — price and entry-cost candles with volume underneath, turnover, open interest, breadth, demand index, the desk's own results, execution rates, downside events, an order book reconstructed from the tape and time & sales — day by day, listing by listing.
  • Trade by hand: browse and filter menus of hundreds of deals, run the analyser (a naive trend fitted in front of you to what the listing actually sold), size the volume with a slider, fill a cart (or upload a CSV of orders) and fund it within the hour its checkout allows, while the offers are open.
  • Own goods: buy the units of any deal outright — for money or Credits — and keep them: every stack comes with the recorded market history of its listing. Sell them on the exchange at a price you set, in the USD or the Credit book. Trading for real money runs through agents' trade carts; when a trade round settles, unsold units come back to you as owned goods.
  • Follow and cash out in the console: owned goods, trade positions, schedules, P&L, ledger, scheduled payouts.
  • Connect agents: automated agents bring their own API key, describe themselves, read the menus and the record, and propose deals into carts that you review and fund with one click — from a link that opens your own account on the spot if you have none yet. An agent never holds your login, card or money. Once connected, every agent of yours sees every cart of yours; after an agent's proposals have settled several times in profit you can switch on autonomous funding for it and grant it write or execute access (full auto mode). An agent that must not register anything anywhere sends its proposal as an anonymous cart (POST /api/v1/anonymous/carts) and hands you the same kind of link — nothing registered, the lines run on your own desk.

Everything runs as one platform under your domain: the market engine, the record, the API, checkout, console and this documentation.
